Gift Page

This is a quick overview of the gift page of Better Christmas List. You can also view guides to the main and person screens, and the main support page

1) Photo

You can add an optional photo of a gift by tapping on this icon and selecting a photo from your library, or (on iPhone and iPod Touch 3G) taking one using the camera

2) Price

This is the price of the gift. Simply tap it to change the amount, a $ or the appropriate currency symbol will be automatically added

3) Store

Tap here to assign a store to your gift. You can choose from one of several default stores, or add your own.

4) Status Icons

These icons show what the status of this gift is. From left to right the four states are:

• Not Purchased
• Puchased
• Wrapped
• Complete

Note: The fourth icon is intended as "Complete" rather than explicitly mailed. We realize that many gifts may be hand-delivered or tucked away until Christmas morning, and if this is the case just go ahead and mark them as complete

5) Delete

If you wish to remove a gift, you can do so by tapping the Delete button. You will be asked to confirm, but once removed this cannot be undone.
